Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Specialist who is
experienced in customer interactions and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients via phone and email to collect payments and
retain long-term relationships
Manage refund requests and assess eligibility for refunds
Update customer information in Salesforce and maintain product
knowledge
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma/GED required
At least one year of Customer Service or Tech Support experience in
a relevant environment
Minimum one year of high-volume collections experience
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with
changing conditions
