Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Department Director to oversee and manage our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating nursing care and services for residents while maintaining quality and regulatory standards. Benefits & Conditions:

- Coordinate nursing care and services for residents
- Maintain quality care consistent with company and regulatory standards
- Assume responsibilities of daily operations in the absence of the Executive Director Qualifications:
  - Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  - Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  - Current CPR certification
  - 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care nursing
  - Proficiency in using a personal computer and ability to travel as needed
