Develop a focused Target Operating Model aligned with the bank's strategic goals
Enhance competitive positioning of the credit card programs in the market
Ensure scalability and flexibility of the operating model to adapt to market changes


Required Qualifications

Experience in product management within the financial services industry
Strong understanding of credit card programs and market dynamics
Knowledge of technology infrastructure related to banking and payment processing
Experience in customer experience design and program management
Ability to identify and evaluate potential partnerships within the FinTech ecosystem
