Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Academic Content to
lead the development and execution of evidence-based academic
content.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for academic content and
assessment systems
Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality measurement
products and related content
Manage and mentor a team of content developers and designers,
fostering professional development
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years' experience in assessment research and content,
with 5 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of assessment methodologies and data-driven
decision making
Experience in measurement design, psychometrics, and data
analytics
Familiarity with automation and AI/ML technologies in assessment
development
Bachelor's or master's degree in education, psychometrics, business
administration, or related field
