Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vertical Growth Manager to drive
growth strategies for hair salons.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) for the vertical, ensuring revenue
growth and budget accountability
Design and execute the vertical growth strategy, including customer
acquisition and engagement tactics
Serve as the internal advocate for the vertical, providing insights
and feedback to influence organizational decisions
Required Qualifications
Experience in the hair salon industry, with an understanding of
owner challenges and trends
Demonstrated leadership and influence skills, able to motivate a
multifunctional team without formal authority
Knowledge of growth strategies across marketing channels, including
partnerships and content marketing
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and
derive actionable insights
Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful and driven to achieve results
while challenging established norms
