Due to growth, Hays + Sons, an industry leader and provider of world class restoration services, is searching for an Emergency Services Manager to join their team in the Fort Wayne, IN area.

  Minimum requirements:
  • At least 3 years of water and mold mitigation experience
  • 2 or more years in a leadership role
  • WRT/ASD and AMRT certifications preferred but not required
  • Comprehensive understanding of Xactimate
    • Can thoroughly read and create estimates independently
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
    • Time management and prioritization
    • Teamwork oriented
    • Effective stress management Responsibilities:
      • Develop, train and mentor technicians and project managers
      • Management of water/mold mitigation projects from start to finish
      • Creation of estimates in Xactimate
      • Oversight of entire emergency services department
      • Regular client and adjuster communication
      • Hold weekly team meetings with Water Mitigation Department
      • Participation in weekly production meetings
      • Participation in on-call rotation for emergency response
      • Monitor and audit DASH files
      • Participate in monthly 1:1's and annual evaluations
