Job Description:
To provide strategic leadership and operational oversight that
ensures organizational excellence. This role drives financial and
administrative stewardship and champions effective systems and
processes. Through collaboration with the CEO and leadership team,
the role ensures the execution of vision and strategy while serving
as the Integrator to align people, priorities, and processes for
long-term success.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizational leadership: Serve on YFCNIN Leadership team and
work with the CEO to ensure organizational impact and operational
excellence. Participate in requested board meetings and on assigned
board committees. Be accountable for leading toward all set
ministry, financial, and operational outcomes.
- Finance, HR, and Administration oversight: Oversee and lead a
team of people stewarding the financial, human resources, risk
management, and administrative functions of YFCNIN.
- Serve as "Integrator" for YFCNIN as outlined by EOS: Organize
and lead weekly leadership Level 10 Meetings (L10s) to ensure the
team remains focused on priorities, resolves issues, and tracks
performance. Monitor and report on key ministry metrics to ensure
the organization is meeting its goals, while identifying and
addressing organizational challenges to remove obstacles and enable
team efficiency. The Integrator will hold team members and
departments accountable for results, ensuring clarity around roles,
responsibilities, and expectations.
- Staff leadership: Lead direct reports in their development as
leaders and in their contributions to YFC's mission. Embrace the
voice of leadership in the overall YFCNIN team.
- Strategy and vision: Participate in strategic planning, vision
casting, and exploration of opportunities.
- Strategic plan execution and process implementation: Take lead
on the execution of the YFCNIN strategic plan and ensure
implementation of processes, standards, and best practices.
- Systems creation & management: Ensure that YFCNIN is operating
effectively, efficiently, and in a unified manner by choosing,
creating, & managing systems.
- Ad hoc leadership and operating functions: This is a "buck
stops here" role meaning the person in this role will often take
the lead on addressing leadership and operational needs, even if
previously unknown or undefined.All leaders will be given the
opportunity to be involved in the stewardship functions of YFCNIN.
These opportunities could include fundraising events, YFC donor
contacts, and other opportunities as provided.Spiritual
