Leo's Pet Care in Carmel, IN is seeking a part-time associate to join our family-oriented practice. Led by Dr. Greg Magnusson, the highest-rated veterinarian in Indianapolis, and Astrid Kramer, who was awarded Veterinarian of the Year by Trupanion, Leo's Pet Care is a bustling practice that offers general services, as well as emergency and urgent care, in Carmel, Indiana. We are a full-service practice that has provided quality care to dogs and cats. Our dedicated team includes a large and experienced support staff who provide exceptional care. We are a fast-paced hospital that is looking for an individual who can develop a rapport with clients and has a passion for medicine and surgery including spay/neuter, dentistry, and routine surgeries. Our ideal candidate would possess strong communication skills, allowing them to easily explain physical examination findings, treatment plans, and follow-up care to our clients. Mentorship For new grads who join our team, we invest our time to ensure you get the support, time, and guidance for your first job out of vet school. Our approach to bringing new grads aboard includes: Structured orientation and mentorship program, including 1 on 1 surgical training with Magnusson and Dr. Kramer. Opportunities for Zoom calls and round table discussions with other new and recent graduates. New grad peer advisors for networking and support as you navigate your first DVM position.
