• Clinical Role:
  • Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA
  • Cardiac experience - Preferred
  • Permanent position opportunity
  • Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center
  • Care team model
  • Work in a mentorship and collegial practice environment with a practice team of 7 full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs
  • Case types: ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric
  • Strong medical and surgical specialties on staff
  • Receive one-on-one physician mentorship
  • Schedule:
    • Varied shifts

              • Organization:
                • Competitive base salary
                • On-call rates:
                  • $250/night
                  • Weekend Day $1200
                  • Cardiac $250/night, $500/day
                  • Overtime/call back rate $175/hr
                  • Production bonus opportunity
