Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Care Specialist to provide
telephonic holistic needs assessments and crisis intervention.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative services and case management for client
companies, including training and critical incident stress
management
Conduct participant intake and telephonic needs assessments,
identifying risk factors and immediate solutions
Document participant goals and follow up with EAP providers and
participants throughout the care process
Required Qualifications
Masters' degree in Social Work or Psychology
License in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in Employee Assistance and/or Well-Being
Programs
2-5 years of experience in case management
2-5 years of experience in a call center environment
