LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel
nursing job in Fort wayne, Indiana.Job Description &
Requirements
Requirement : -
Epic charting system
Minimum 1 year MedSurg hospital experience required. 2 years is
preferred.
IN license (or compact as of 7/1/20) required
BLS through AHA required
General job duties. Types of procedures required.
General Medical Surgical nursing care. Skills and tasks required
would be assessments, care planning, inter-professional
communication, utilization of the EHR, IV pumps, wound vacs,
heat/cooling pads, feeding pumps, feeding tubes, chest tubes,
management of heparin and insulin drips, IV therapy management.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
Epic electronic record, pyxis machines, Accucheck blood glucose,
hospira IV pumps, SCDs for VTE prevention, heating/cooling pads,
telemetry monitoring
