Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Inpatient Rehab Job Duration: Not specified Shift: Day - 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, starting at 3 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of one year of inpatient rehab or med-surg experience preferred License: Valid Registered Nurse license required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Diploma in nursing or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Nursing Job Description: - Independently plan and provide professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders and established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. - Care for patients with neuro, ortho, trauma, cancer, cardiac, and peds conditions in a recovery phase following an acute inpatient stay. - Serve patients who are typically moderate to higher levels of acuity. - Ensure compliance with American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice and Code of Ethics. - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. - Be capable of lifting 50 pounds and assisting with 100 pounds if necessary. - Participate in clinical onboarding and the Nursing Recognition Program. - Benefit from opportunities for professional growth, including nursing recognition. - Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more.
