Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator
(Temporary) to provide assistance in an omnichannel support
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels,
focusing on phone support
Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and
processing orders
Provide Level 1 Product Support and route customer needs
appropriately
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or remote
customer support role
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, familiarity with support
software; Salesforce experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
Availability to work specified schedules, including weekends
