Accreditation Specialist II

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Accreditation Specialist II to oversee accreditation standards and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform activities related to accreditation oversight and survey readiness
Develop and implement accreditation policies, procedures, and workflows
Analyze data and collaborate with stakeholders to improve compliance with accreditation standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in quality and process improvement or operational roles
Experience with HEDIS and/or NCQA accreditation preferred
Experience in health plan accreditation or health equity accreditation is a plus
PMP certification or experience in quality project management is preferred
