A company is looking for a Services Operations Specialist to
support various organizational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage client-facing scope documentation ensuring
accuracy and quality
Update records and manage requests within Salesforce while meeting
internal and client deadlines
Organize project-related documentation and escalate issues within
the operational process
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of work experience in a corporate setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and collaboration
tools
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Commitment to delivering high-quality work products
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
