Job Description:

A company is looking for a Facility Security Officer (FSO) contractor to manage the Facility Clearance (FCL) process and ensure compliance with government security requirements.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the FCL application process with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)
Establish and implement security policies and procedures in compliance with NISPOM
Provide security training and ensure adherence to security protocols among employees


Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as an FSO, security manager, or consultant managing the FCL process
In-depth knowledge of NISPOM and FCL/PCL requirements
Experience working with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)
Previous experience with IT services or engineering companies is a plus
Active TS/SCI clearance required
