Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Safety Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate risk activities and manage meetings, spreadsheets, and
reports related to High Reliability Organization
Serve as a liaison with event reporting software company and assist
in maximizing its use for risk management
Maintain accurate data and relationships with internal and external
team members while organizing clinical services committees
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary education, with an Associate Degree preferred
Minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare field or
information management
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for spreadsheet
management
Experience with Salesforce application is a plus
Must reside in SD, ND, MN, IA, NE, or WI
