Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Systems Designer to join their
team and contribute to the development of an AAA PC and Console
ARPG.
Key Responsibilities
Design and communicate the vision for game systems, including
character progression and combat
Prototype and implement player skills and other systems using
Unreal Engine tools
Balance systems and progression to enhance the player
experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of industry experience in a Game Design role with at least
one shipped title
Experience with ARPG and looter shooter games focusing on
progression systems
Proficiency in Unreal Engine and implementing blueprints
Experience designing game progression systems like leveling and
skill trees
Strong decision-making skills to create actionable tasks from
feedback
