Key Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and lead a team of product sales executives
focused on the BaaS business
Create go-to-market plans and manage day-to-day operations to drive
revenue and client acquisition
Coach the team in consultative sales skills and engage in strategic
opportunities to win new customers
Required Qualifications
10+ years of technology sales experience
5+ years of people leadership experience
3+ years of experience in payments, card issuing, spend management,
or financial services
Proven track record in new business sales and customer
upselling
Ability to build cross-functional relationships and motivate a
high-performance sales team
