Data Science & AI Team, focusing on commercial insurance
pricing.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve business
goals and uncover new opportunities
Develop analytical frameworks and metrics for the team and
organization
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in a quantitative field with relevant
coursework
5 or more years of experience in a data science or advanced
analytics role
Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R
Experience with machine learning algorithms and data science
toolkits
Strong mathematics skills, including statistics and exploratory
data analysis
