Job Description:
A company is looking for a Functional Lead to support a federal
client in the execution of a Financial Management, IT Budgeting
System Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the discovery phase and fit-gap analysis of the
financial budgeting system implementation
Document process flows for both the as-is and to-be processes
Gather and validate requirements, and create requirements
traceability matrices (RTMs) and test cases
Required Qualifications
Previous experience supporting a software implementation
project
Firm understanding of standard SDLC, lean, and agile practices
Experience with Federal Financials
Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain Public Trust
Ability to collaborate with software developers to effectively
communicate user requirements
