Job Description:
A company is looking for a Combo Plan Administrator -
Pension.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a caseload of 80-100 401(k) / Cash Balance
plans
Prepare PBGC filings for Defined Benefit Plans and perform various
non-discrimination testing
Stay updated on relevant legislation and review participant account
and census data
Required Qualifications
3+ years of retirement plan experience (less experience considered
for motivated candidates)
Strong knowledge of non-discrimination testing and actuarial
reports
Experience with Datair preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Understanding of accrual-based trust accounting for Form 5500
