Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist responsible
for managing a high-volume client service email inbox.
Key Responsibilities
Confirm receipt of emails and triage them for proper escalation
Track outstanding deliverables and monitor reports for trends
Communicate proactively with clients and internal staff regarding
request statuses
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Accurate keyboard skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience in maintaining documentation for internal processes
