Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Workday Technical Analyst
to focus on HR technology configuration and support major
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support Workday HCM applications, focusing on Recruiting, Security
Administration, and HR projects
Act as HR Lead for Workday implementations and provide strategic
consultative support to customers
Enhance existing HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and
regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (or 10+ years of relevant
experience in lieu of a degree)
8+ years of experience in a related field
Strong technical skills in Workday integrations using various
technologies
Experience with Workday frameworks such as HCM, Business Processes,
and Report Writing
Ability to independently gather requirements and design/build
solutions
