  • Surgical First Assist experience required.
  • Experience with EVH required.
  • 4 10/hour shifts, rotating days and rotating schedule.
  • Call required.
  • 30 minute response time for call.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be AHA BLS certified.
    • Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment.
    • Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN's and LPN/LVNs.
    • Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement.
    • Ascension Specialty Exam required.
    • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics training required.
    • Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required.
    • If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine.
    • Fit Test required for all disciplines, Annual.
    • Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or declination documentation required.
    • Influenza Vaccine required starting Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers, updated annually.
    • Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
    • Driver's License/State ID required if placement is in a state other than home state/issuing state of compact license for RNs.
    • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) within 1 year and/or Negative IGRA within 90 days of offered start date required.
    • Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of varicella history required.
    • Tdap valid for 10 years from the administered date.

      • 4 10/hour shifts, rotating days and rotating schedule.
      • Call required.
      • 30 minute response time for call.
