Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefit Analyst to handle
benefit-related inquiries and assist with benefit builds and
renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with administrators, brokers, and carriers to resolve
benefit-related issues
Assist in planning and executing benefit builds and conduct quality
assurance for accuracy
Maintain and update the benefit sync dashboard and troubleshoot
carrier connections
Required Qualifications
Technical skills related to benefit administration and data
management
Project management experience
Analytical skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
Customer-oriented experience preferred
