states across the Midwest.Position Summary: The Field Sales
Consultant position is responsible for leading the company's local
Sales and Marketing support activities within the defined Service
Center markets. This position will report directly to the Field
Sales Manager. The Field Sales Consultant is responsible for
driving and implementing local sales and marketing activities to
meet/exceed established field sales targets for the local Service
Center areas. The position will be responsible for recruiting,
training and managing teams of local Outside Sales Representatives
who drive local sales efforts as well as contributing their own
sales production for the local Service Center. The Field Sales
Consultant will also approach targeted businesses with proposals to
drive new subscriber and revenue growth. The Field Sales Consultant
is responsible for managing the local Outside Sales Representative
team, driving expected sales performance, and meeting or exceeding
local team sales goals. This includes the overall team goal plus
their individual sales contributions.Finally, this role will work
closely with Corporate Marketing and the local Service Center
General Manager to implement, and support designed localized
marketing and promotional campaigns, develop, and attend local
community trade shows/events and networking functions, and initiate
programs to help increase local brand awareness and drive new sales
leads. The Field Sales Team Lead should identify targeted local
advertising and sponsorship opportunities and manage an assigned
local budget for those initiatives.
