A company is looking for a Head of Direct Sales - Retail
Automotive Subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve the inside sales team and processes to exceed
revenue expectations
Build a team-based culture focused on achieving sales objectives
efficiently
Implement processes and technology solutions to enhance the sales
process and customer journey
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience as an overachieving individual contributor
in a high-velocity sales environment
Minimum 5-7 years of SaaS sales management experience, preferably
in fleet or automotive
Proven experience in building and scaling inside sales teams that
consistently exceed revenue targets
Extensive knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Loft,
or GongIO
