A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a technical support team to provide best-in-class support
for products
Set clear objectives and instill a high-performance culture focused
on teamwork and service excellence
Lead customer escalations and coordinate issue resolution for
critical accounts
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in software technical support, with
a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
Proven team leadership and crisis management experience in a
technical support environment
Ability to grow and develop the team through continuous support and
training
Affinity for multitasking and capacity to accept constructive
feedback
